I visited Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden during my recent visit to Phuket and found it extremely good. The garden is maintained well and have several sections like Italian Garden, Palms of the world, Animal Kingdom. We spent about 5 hours going across the wonder garden. Well planned walkways and over bridges connecting to various sections of the garden. Entry fees are reasonable.

This is one of the must do activities in Pattaya specially for travelers with family and kids. I am a little disappointed because I thought that other animals like zebra, owl, panda and etc. is true, but it’s only a statue, and they make it perfect. Thai cultural show and Elephant show is a must watch. The entire garden is ideal for photo-shoot and very natural & beautiful.

Finally, you go into the stadium were the Elephants play – Football, Basketball, Elephant Tug of War, Elephant Massage, Elephant Paintings, Elephants Playing Darts, Elephants Riding Bikes, Elephants Bowling Etc.

You can buy bunches of Bananas to feed the Elephants if you want. It’s a very entertaining day out and one of the best trips to do in Pattaya.

Nong nooch tropical garden is a garden & resort which offers various sights for photos. Highlights of the place: 1.Garden 2.Photo With Animals(Specially TIGER) 3.Cultural Show 4.Elephant Show Cultural Show is the main event here, followed by Elephant Show. The cultural show reflects the culture of Thailand. It is beautiful executed, however the show is narrated in the native language “Thai”. As a result, people fail to connect & usually end up sleeping.

Elephants perform tricks in the elephant show, if you’ve visited the tiger zoo. You can avoid this.

It is very subjective to comment on Nong Nooch, had i known the facts before then i would have avoided this place.

The beautiful garden become a nightmare when We see Elephants be forced to ride bicycles and Tigers so filled With drugs That stupid tourists can have their photo taken While They touch a Tiger. Yes, they are so brave……. the Tiger Can Hardly stand.

When the park started his activity, it was really nice, a lot of plants, some nice spots and a reasonable price.

OMG, they are building like hell, the nice gardens are FULL of those cement animals.

Why do I have to see 180 zebras, 200 penguins, 120 white tigers, 20 hippos …. thousands of fake animals?? And for the lowest package (walking only in the animals) for 500 THB per person with hundreds of Chinese and Russian groups. No go.

Sorry dear owners, you turned a nice place into a nightmare.
