I take groups ranging from independent travelers wanting a private, personalized tour in a choice of modern vehicles, to larger group tours in coach parties.

1. Please introduce yourself
I am a down to earth and easy to get along with person. I have a master’s degree in Bio Chemistry. I used to be a researcher for a year before I decided to quite the job since I love to meet people more than chemicals. I have been a tour guide for 3 years after I studied English in America.
2. Why are you choosing to become a tour guide?
My sister was in the business before me. She said to me it is a good fun job that I should try. After I came back from the States, I attended Thai tour guide certificate class. I think it was a good idea to continue practicing English and work in tour industry.
3. Where are some of the places you like to visit?
I love traveling to many places. The Northeast of Thailand, Esan, is my home and my favorite region. There are less tourists, and a lot of honest people. My favorite beach is Surin marine National Park. The water is nice and clear. I love snorkeling and sea life habitats. I also love to show tourist small local spots such as the home silk factory, isolated canal and local temples.
4. What do you do during free time?
I love to watch TV. It makes me relax and laid back after the long working day. I enjoy history program and some times Thai soap operas. If I have a day off, I usually dine out and go to movie. I am also fitness nut and try to go to the gym as much as I can. If I have many days off, or it is in low season, I will travel and observe new travel spots.
5. What complement do you get most from your customers?
My clients told me that I am the best guide in the world. They are really happy with me. I think that is one of the best complements that I have ever gotten. They also admire me since I speak English well, informative, have good sense of humor.
6. What would you like to share with tourist that would help promote Bangkok and Thailand?
If you have 7 days or 10 days and you want to have a trip of life time, Thailand is a great place to visit. You will love temples, busy markets in Bangkok, great restaurants and street vendors. You will have great experiences with elephants and you can go for great shopping trips too!
