The Michelin Secret: Feast Your Way Through the Award-Winning Flavors of Chiang Mai’s Legendary Streets
Most travelers eat to live. But in Chiang Mai, we live to eat. While the world's elite fly to Paris for Michelin stars, the world's savviest foodies fly to Northern Thailand.
Why? Because here, the "Stars" aren't found in stuffy dining rooms—they are found in steaming bowls of curry, sizzling street stalls, and family recipes guarded for generations.
Our Michelin Food Expedition takes you beyond the tourist traps and straight to the front of the line at the city’s most celebrated eateries. From Bib Gourmand winners to street food legends, this is your private backstage pass to the soul of Lanna cuisine.
Why This is the Ultimate Foodie Expedition:
-
The "Cowgirl" Legend: Visit the world-famous Khao Kha Moo Chang Phueak. Taste the tender, slow-braised pork leg that won the heart of the Michelin Guide (and Anthony Bourdain).
-
Award-Winning Khao Soy: Experience the undisputed King of the North. We take you to the masters of Khao Soy, where the curry is rich, the noodles are perfectly crisp, and the flavor is world-class.
-
The Michelin Bib Gourmand Trail: Navigate a curated selection of spots that offer "exceptionally good food at moderate prices." It’s luxury flavor without the luxury price tag.
