FAQs
Q: Is this tour suitable for non-swimmers?
A: Yes! The river is shallow, and the bathing activity is safe for everyone. You’ll be in the water with expert mahouts who ensure the safety of both guests and elephants at all times.
Q: What should I bring?
A: We provide the mahout outfit, but you should bring a swimsuit (to wear underneath), a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Flip-flops or water shoes are highly recommended for the river.
Q: Is there an age limit for children?
A: This is a family-friendly tour! Children love the interaction. However, we recommend that children be at least 4-5 years old to fully participate in all the activities comfortably.
Q: Do the elephants enjoy the bathing?
A: Absolutely. Bathing is a natural part of an elephant's daily routine to cool down and protect their skin. In the wild, they spend hours in the water—sharing it with you is a treat for them too!
