1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or using the services provided by Let's Tour Bangkok (operated by LJ Tour Co., Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested tour is unavailable or if minimum participant numbers are not met. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and participant information at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
Tour prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted rate. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and cash (where applicable). Full payment is required before the tour date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants — in such cases a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
5. Changes to Itinerary
While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, Let's Tour Bangkok reserves the right to modify the order of visits, substitute attractions of comparable value, or adjust timings due to traffic, weather, or operational circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Participants must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the agreed time. You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. Appropriate clothing and footwear are required for temple visits and certain cultural sites (e.g., covered shoulders and knees). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct endangers the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
7. Health & Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit enough to participate in the chosen tour. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility requirements. We recommend that all travelers carry adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Let's Tour Bangkok (LJ Tour Co., Ltd.) acts as an organiser of tour experiences and engages third-party providers for transportation, meals, and venue access. We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers, acts of nature, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the tour price paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions — is the property of LJ Tour Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from a booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
