Learning about Thai and Chinese cooking ingredient at Chinatown market . Walk through 200 years old market in at Chinatown. This wet market has a lot to offer such as sea cucumber, live fish, shark fin, bird net and etc. Continue to stop at a small shop or street food light snack such as Hoi Jor, Hot Spring roll, Pad Krapoa or Kuay teaw Koa kai. Sampling the herbal tea, and dessert shop which run by the third generation.
Continue to Sao Ching Char area , the Giant swing. Taste the best sticky rice which is cooked with coconut milk. Kor Panich is the best famous dessert shop in Bangkok. Then walk around the area to meet local vendor and continue food tasting as you prefer. Talk and learn about food ingredient with the vendors .
