Thai boxing, or Muay Thai, is an ancient art of fighting by using the all parts of the body, where elbows, knees, legs, punch are allowed. Thai-boxing students learn to use their whole body as a weapon, but they also learn about the formula, moral principles and ethical behavior to make sure they use this knowledge in the right situation. Q: Is the fight real or just a show for tourists?
A: At Ratchadamnoen Stadium, everything you see is 100% real. These are professional athletes competing for rankings and titles. It is a high-stakes sport with real adrenaline, sweat, and effort—completely different from "staged" performances.
Q: Which seat should I choose? (Ringside vs. Club Class)
A: It depends on the experience you want:

VIP Ringside: You are inches away from the action. You can hear every kick and see every drop of sweat. Perfect for photographers!

Club Class: You get an elevated view of the entire ring. It’s more comfortable (with A/C) and allows you to see the technical footwork of the fighters clearly.

2nd Class: This is where the local fans sit. It’s loud, energetic, and gives you the most authentic "local" feel.
Q: Is it safe for children to watch?
A: Yes, Muay Thai is a respected sport in Thailand and many families attend matches. However, please be aware that it is a full-contact combat sport. If your children are sensitive to physical contact or loud noises, you might want to consider Club Class seats which offer a bit more space and comfort.
Q: How long does a match night last?
A: A typical fight night consists of 6 to 9 matches. Each match has 5 rounds (3 minutes per round). Usually, the entire event lasts about 3 to 4 hours. With our private tour, you have the flexibility to leave whenever you feel like you’ve seen enough.
Q: What is the music playing during the fight?
A: It’s called "Sarama." This traditional live music is played to accompany the fight. The tempo changes based on the action in the ring—speeding up as the fight gets more intense to encourage the fighters!
Q: Is there a dress code for the stadium?
A: There is no strict dress code for spectators. Casual attire (t-shirts, jeans, sneakers) is perfectly fine. However, since the stadium can get quite cold from the air conditioning, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Q: Can I take photos or videos?
A: Yes! You are welcome to take photos and videos with your smartphone or small camera for personal use. However, professional video recording equipment or flash photography is usually restricted as it can distract the fighters.
